Facebook messenger achieved major update by allowing users to make group calls over the Internet. Android and iOS apps will support this features all over the world. David Marcus announced these feature on social network, users will be able to call 50 people simultaneously. The feature was announced on Wednesday in a post by head of Messenger David Marcus.
Messenger chief David Marcus said that “Really excited to announce the global roll out of group calling in Messenger today. From any group conversations, just tap on the phone icon to initiate a group call. You can then manage individual participants on the next screen. If you have the latest version of Messenger, you should see the phone icon appear in group conversations. Give it a try, and as always, let us know how we can make it even better for you!”
Recently Facebook CEO Zuckerberg said the messenger crossed more than 900 million monthly active users all over the world and the company even announced the chatbots in messenger so that users can call a cab, order a meal, book a table at a restaurant and read news.
