India’s largest service provider Bharti Airtel is working towards its customer experience. They are planning to recreate its online recharge and payments interface across both, its website and and other digital platforms like MyAirtel app. It will improve the customer experience on Airtel platform and they would be able to recharge their numbers effortlessly.
Currently customers can make online recharges through a host of mobile wallets/digital platforms, it results into a fragmented customer experience and that will make lot of customer complaints related to online recharges.
So Airtel will integrate all of these mobile wallets and digital platform on its website and MyAirtel app, through this feature customers have these wallets as payment options along with other modes like credit card, debit card and net banking.
Ajai Puri, director-market operations at Bharti Airtel said that. “The customer is at the core of everything we do. Based on customer feedback and in order to deliver a more consistent digital experience, we have decided to refresh our online recharge interface and bring all payment platforms under a single umbrella”.
